I bought my structure from Carportand the experience was awesome! The salesperson went over and beyond my expectations and took great care of my needs and made sure I got my building on time and that there were no flaws from start to finish!!
I ordered and paid half for a carport awning to go over my fifth wheel and July it took over months to getThey customer service was awful they stood me up and then called to check on there Builders to be there when they weren't supposed to be there it was very chaoticTheir Builders finally came at 3:in the evening left at 6:to go have dinner came back at 8:to finish the awning they didn't get done till at nightThey bad for me to come back late at night to sign off on paperwork on the awningI told him I was he was doing the awning that it was crookedThey charged me try to charge me for a leveling and cutting fee which they did not doThey use my blocks to level which they didn't even have to so they were unprepared but now it's bowedI tried contacting them I did speak to the main company and then after that they won't respond I found out that they had the same city and state
I used *** and found this merchant was selling carports with a week turn around
I purchased on that understanding and began working with a Mfg Rep
weeks went by with me trying to get install date from this Rep After weeks I called this Mfg directly *** I was told they needed to confirm my order and hadn't started fabricating my carport yet They said they tried to call me but I had nothing from them No messages, Nothing Despite the fact they also had my email, they made no attempts to contact me for this critical step in the process I docu-signed a pdf authorizing everything and was never told about this step Carport one.com did say with my now late confirmation they could begin fabrication in a week or two Not acceptable at all I also was disturbed they had no text capabilities to which I told them there were several internet options for texting for free They sent me one text to call and I did Next there was a misunderstanding of what
I could not believe how simple the process is, even when I decided to make changes on my orderI would highly recommend them for a carport or garage if you are in the marketErik is very knowledgeable, I almost went to short on my garage doors and Erik steered me in the right direction, and he was absolutely rightI hope I would have stopped before I ran my roof rack into my building
