According to the Carfax and its service records the vehicle had 10 regular maintenance performed and at 98,857 miles the engine/powertrain computer/module was checked and at 123,299 miles the antifreeze/coolant flushed/changed and fuel system cleaned/serviced. At purchase the vehicle only had 157,340 miles on it and was a sound car. We are unaware of the amount of miles she has put on it and we do not know if she maintained regular services on her vehicle or how she drives, but we stand by that we are not responsible for any of the costs of repairs that she has had to pay because of the "AS IS" in all of our paperwork. This purchase was on April 15, 2014 and if she had problems in July of 2015 that is 14 months that she drove this vehicle.

The maintenance was well kept up with the vehicle. Yes, I agree it was an 'As Is' sale with a 45 day warranty. Rather if its for 1 day a warranty is a warranty! The owner is a scam artist as I previously stated. The car needed a starter and prolonged the repair til my 45 days was almost up. Then had the audacity to tell me to pay for it. The shop I took it to after the car was still not starting when they supposedly fixes it. They stated the car lot had faulty wired the GPS to my vehicle and could have caused a fire. That is a serious issue. They know these cars aren't properly working and they legally stick people with lemons. Dealing with this issue has deeply impacted my life and this is not the last time the owner will hear from me.
