Carr Concrete Services

Review: Carr Concrete poured a concrete driveway at my home residence. I was initially unsatisfied with the quality of the job, and requested that someone return to the site to discuss my concerns. I have additionally been waiting months for the actual job to be completed. I was told in early July that someone would return to cut the seam between the two pours. I inquired again later in July and was told someone would come soon. I inquired again in late August and was told it would be done in two weeks. I had an independent contractor evaluate the work who also identified these same concerns, and when I reported this to the Carr Concrete owner, rather than attempt to address my concerns, he insulted the qualifications and knowledge of this other person. Very unprofessional.Desired Settlement: Please return, finish the driveway job, and address my concerns in a real way. Alternatively refund my payment, and I will have someone else do the work correctly.
