I bought a 2016 Camaro with 15,000 miles from Preferred automotive group on lima road. They did not offer me a carfax and I didn't think of asking for one. Two months later and only 285 miles I started having problems. I contacted Preferred they basically said to bad. I took it to a shop had I looked at to find out car has been wrecked and not fixed correct. After pulling a carfax it was confirmed it was in a wreck. After many phone calls to Preferred and no call backs I finally talk to a manager and he said they will do nothing to make it right. I guess always get a carfax and I will never do business with Preferred Automotive Group again.
