Carr Matthews and I made a verbal agreement that I pay him $2,to build a website for my brand *** *** LLC, with a bi weekly payment of $ MrMatthews also promised to have my website up by December, then he changed it to January and now we are on February On January 20th I wasn't seeing any results in the work and he kept pushing the date back so I asked for a refund of my nind of $and did not want to continue our work together I fired him and requested my money back I sent him a notice regarding my concerns and this matter I have yet to receive my funds back and I feel I'm being defrauded out of my money I don't know what else to do and he's not reliable in his commitment and he hasn't even begun or started on the process I've been making payments since fall of Please let me know what I can do or I need to consult with the DA Thank you
