mr *** *** met a salesman at his home and personally signed for an insertThe installation was accomplished for mr *** as per schedule .some service calls were made after the install - BUT then our recent contact to satisfy the person we actaully have the fireplace insert
contract with ,MR *** *** ,is attatched he stated his concerns and what he needed done.we met with mr *** last friday 6/13/as he requested,when he was satisfied we thanked him and returned to our shop .thank you jim w***

we have a contract with MR *** *** he is our customer .he is our only customer .*** explained his concerns to the products manufacturer where he has a warranty through us .then he stated his concerns in an e mail to uswe met wth him on the day he selected june 10th .when we satisfied him he said that looks fine-thank you ,we thanked him and left we have satisfied our customer our work there is done please know that *** *** and this company are anxious to move on -our work there is done we sent you an attatchment showing you our correspondence with our customer *** *** and advised you of our service call a week or so ago -? -so please do not contact us about this again please ---our work there is done thank you fireplce builders

This is a follow up to my complaint on file, # ***Today, an employee named Mike from this company came to replace the damaged backing plate for our fireplace insertIn the process of putting all the parts back together, he did not correctly install a bottom trim pieceThe piece ended up bent, buckled, and badly scratchedThis part was not damaged previously, and had been installed properly before without any struggleMike did not know how to fit the piece properly back in to place, and admitted to me that he did not know what he was doingHe left our home with the installation incomplete, the trim piece damaged, and the insert pulled out from the fireplace in a position where it can now not be used Again, all we expect is proper installation, which we paid for in full on 3/8/In addition, we expect to be reimbursed $for items that were taken from our home (original fireplace door and chimney cap) without permission on 3/8/16, and time we've taken off work to be home for work that has not been completed.
