I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
This is a follow up to my complaint on file, # [redacted]. Today, an employee named Mike from this company came to replace the damaged backing plate for our fireplace insert. In the process of putting all the parts back together, he did not correctly install a bottom trim piece. The piece ended up bent, buckled, and badly scratched. This part was not damaged previously, and had been installed properly before without any struggle. Mike did not know how to fit the piece properly back in to place, and admitted to me that he did not know what he was doing. He left our home with the installation incomplete, the trim piece damaged, and the insert pulled out from the fireplace in a position where it can now not be used.  Again, all we expect is proper installation, which we paid for in full on 3/8/16. In addition, we expect to be reimbursed $200 for items that were taken from our home (original fireplace door and chimney cap) without permission on 3/8/16, and time we've taken off work to be home for work that has not been completed. Regards,

Review: To whom it may concern,Over the past three weeks we have attended the Fredericksburg location 4 times. Each time we visited the restaurant we have had a very unpleasant outcomes. Each time that we visited the restaurant we spent over $100 we work very hard for our money and expect quality for our money and it seems as time goes by the quality of this restaurant and service keeps going down and down. We have had customer service issues, poor handling and responsibility of our money and gift cards, managers who talk and dont act. So Im finally at my last straw with this restaurant and I want to elaborate In particular this last visit which was on January 10, 2014 the following issues transpired. When arriving to the restaurant we were given a table pager and told that there will be a 30 minute wait it was an hour 22 minutes, after being seated at her table the waitress did not come to see us for 20 minutes, we received our appetizer before our drinks, the quality of the food was very poor and when we complained to the manager about this his response was will make sure that we do an excellent job which never happened. After I have spent over close to $500 at your restaurant and I have received terrible service and quality of food I have been forced to escalate this matter. I intend to write a review on [redacted] and any other social media forum or Avenue I can take to inform potential patrons of what theyre getting for their money.Professionally,[redacted]Desired Settlement: I don't know how this restaurant could ever redeem itself with my I am completely and utterly disgusted at one time this was a superb restaurant to attend.
