He knew exactly when they could schedule our new roof install, he answered every question, and kept every phone and personal appointment we had arranged.
The crew arrived the first day and were ready to work. They completely stripped off the old roof, removed all old staples and paper, and replaced two sections of plywood that were water damaged. Total project took three days. They were very methodical, complete, neat. Work included: installing all new metal drip edge trim around entire roof, new 30 pound paper, and a lifetime guaranteed roof material.
Their price was the lowest bid out of five, their work ethic was excellent, and they performed an excellent all around clean up of the yard before leaving. Written warranties were given along with a complete and accurate invoice when they were paid. They also installed four Solatubes to brighten parts of our home interior that were too dark at a reasonable price.
