Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/09/02) */ We were called out for a gas valve issue, our technician gave a price to do the work This price includes a permit, our technician did not know the price of the permit and because it varies city by city and job by job, he guessed it could be $to $dollars he told the person he met there not to quote him on that because he was not sure But we did not charge $for this permit In good faith I refunded $ We got a call that the customer smelled gas, we went out and found nothing wrong with the fix or any gas leaks Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 7, 2015/09/13) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I take all customer issues seriously and personally, especially when then there are accusations made We did our best to help the customer with toilets We did return to make a second repair on the first toilet and then were called
about the second toilet I told the customer we to go back out and look at it, but stated that because of the age of the toilet it should be replaced I did not state that we would only go out to replaceThe customer was aware of condition of the toilet from our first trip and he stated that they planned on remodeling the bathroom soon and wanted it to fixed to get by The customer then stated that it seemed we did not want to work for them, I just said that I wanted them to understand that because of the age of the toilet we may not be able to fix it and that it may have to be replaced He then hung up on me and has refused to even pay for the work we did do

Soderlin collected $It has not issued a refund yetI also should add that the new company that looked at the toilet indicated that the problem was that Ken from Soderlin installed the wrong part on the toilet

There is no money that has been collect by Soderlin's for either job done at the [redacted] residence And again I will state for any good customers that read this, we were going to go back and look at the toilet but were told not to come by the homeowner
