I am writing out of sheer frustration with service line warranties and their providers. I contacted slwa at 330 lst on wednesday prior to thanksgiving and stated that our sewer lines had backed up and we were told by slwa that we would receive a call within 4 hours... Which never happened. We then called slwa back and were told that their provider did not return their call but we would receive a call from said provider by friday morning. Friday morning dawned and we still did not hear from slwa or their provider. I called slwa once again and talked to someone by the name of yomi and he stated he would prioritize this request and you will get a response within 4 hours... Never heard a thing. I called and talked to a supervisor and he stated that all they could do was contact providers they (slwa) couldn't make the providers return calls. So long story short here we sit saturday morning unable to shower or use our bathroom and all we have gotten is some weak apologies that we are having problems with no solutions. My recommendation to slwa is either fire your providers here in iowa or find someone that will follow through and do their jobs. Oh by the way your (slwa) supervisor told me basically that their job was to only contact the local providers and not make follow up calls... Thanks for nothing slwa. I am truely sorry that we paid you the money we have since (in my opinion) your service is a joke.
