We had this company complete a new patio for us last JulyInitially we were pleased with the resultsHowever, months later we noticed small chips in the cement Gradually more appeared and then larger chunks started coming off in the groovesWe started calling the owner in May to try and get this repairedAfter about weeks of leaving messages, we finally got a hold of the ownerHe said he would come out to take a lookAt the time, we were also considering having a front step redone so he also gave us an estimate for thatHe told us that he would have the repairs done in about weeksThat was in AugustWell, those weeks came and went and we didn't here from himAfter more calls, and only conversations, again he promised to come outDuring the last conversation in October, the owner Sal, stated that this wasn't really their fault but instead it was the quality of the cementI told him that it shouldn't be my fault either and I only wanted this matter resolvedAgain after promising to come out, no one cameWe placed a few more calls and no one has respondedNeedless to say we won't be doing business with this company again and we certainly wouldn't recommend them to anyoneWe are very disappointed with their workmanship and customer service

I had Sal from Carreno concrete give me an estimate on 23 May 2015. I signed the contract and called the office to confirm that I had agreed to the terms and was ready to proceed with the work. I was told it would be done in about two weeks and would take two days. They did not come out and I have made more than a dozen calls because I did not want to hire another contractor while I had a confirmed signed contract. As of 01 July 2015 I have not heard back from this company. Very poor communication and lack of response.
