Look out I purchased a home from Carr in It appears they used refurbished AC units From on to 2015, every summer I have spent thousands on repairs trying to salvage the units I also understand that they sued the supplier yet never passed on the reward money to the individuals who purchased these townhouses When I appealed to Carr to replace my AC units, I got no response Run from this home builder

Look out. I purchased a home from Carr in 2007. It appears they used refurbished AC units. From 2007 on to 2015, every summer I have spent thousands on repairs trying to salvage the 2 units. I also understand that they sued the supplier yet never passed on the reward money to the individuals who purchased these townhouses. When I appealed to Carr to replace my 2 AC units, I got no response. Run from this home builder.
