Carriage Car Wash

Review: Put 10 dollars worth of quarters into self carwash only to find foam brush did not work. Left with soappy residue on car. I went home and washed car myself. I called number of car wash but never an answer. I have heard similar complaints.Desired Settlement: Would like my 10 dollars back.

Received your letter regarding dispute with customer (ID [redacted]). We were surprised at his problem and the amount of his loss. The self serve wash starts at $2.00 for four minutes, sufficient to wash a small car, add .50 to a $1.00 to wash a large car or truck. If the foam brush didn't work because of damage or equipment failure, all other services would be working. There would have been no reason for him to leave without rinsing off the vehicle. How can you leave with soapy residue if the foam brush is not working. I am rejecting this response because: I in fact did not leave with soapy residue on my car. I ended up using the high rinse wand to take off the soap. I still got ripped off because I ended up paying you 10.00 to just rinse my car. Everyone who has ever washed their car in their life knows that the high pressure wash does in fact apply soap to your car. Then when you use the foam brush it applies even more soap. Also on your remark that I am making false claims I work a 70 hour a week job so I in fact have little time to waste trying to dupe a 2nd rate car wash who like to rip off their customers. There is a rant and rave page on face book and nearly all the claims on your business state that you are a shoddy establishment with lousy customer service. What ever Carriage Car Wash. You will never have my business again.
