The prices are set in the computer but I charged the customer a lesser priceThere were items needing cleaning, but the customer refused serviceAfter the customer left I called and left a message apologizing and asked for a call back to try
and resolve the issue
The customer never called back

I am hearing impaired and able to read lips.[redacted] asked if I wanted to replace the air filter. I said "no, its not that dirty". He went back into the shop and told his other coworker what I had said and the other person (name unknown) said "well, he's dumb" and[redacted] said "I know". I brought this up to the manager and he said "well, nothing I can do about it" Then I said, they should not be making negative comments about customers. At that point, there was no reasoning with him and I got in the car and left. The manager's behavior and response was unprofessional as well his staff.
