Review: I'm contacting you on behalf of my grandmother. Back in January it was time to renew her lease and even though she did renew her lease after signing the new lease the rental property came up with new charges that were not specified in the rental agreement which totals to more $140 extra on her rental payments and they never returned to her a copy of the original lease that she signed. Now she is forced to pay these extra trumped up charges every moth and every time she confronts management they give excuses of why she cannot get a copy of her original lease agreement and they said $100 is for the renewal of her lease which was stated in the rental agreement and $40 for beautification of the property.Desired Settlement: I ask that the company be contacted and have them explain why have all of these extra charges developed and they were not originally explained or even mentioned in the new rental agreement and also why they don't return a copy of a signed rental agreement

Review: I gave 60 day notice of intent to vacate property on 10/14/14 the ending date of my contract.

The next week I was called by the office and ask if I would be willing/able to move out sooner as they had someone else that wanted the apartment.

I was told over the phone that they were willing to way the 60 day notice.

I did not have an exact date at that time. I was called again the next week and asked again.

I finally had a date and called them that I would be moving out on 09/13/14.

Now that it is time for me to move out I am being told that I must pay rent thur the 10/14/14 date.

I have tried to call the headquarters and they will not return my calls.Desired Settlement: I want to pay my rent thru the date of turning in the keys on 09/15/14
