Review: The leasing manager [redacted] of Carriage House put the wrong ending date (July 31, 2016) instead of December 31, 2015. As the guarantor for my daughter's apt I telephone, emailed and showed up in person to her office about this error. I told her to kindly this error. She said she would change the date and would forward me the correct lease. As of now she has not done so. Prior to leaving Carriage House we visited the leasing office several times to get this matter resolve but was told [redacted] was out, taking exams, etc. On one occasion we met another manager, Ms [redacted] who told us she had never heard of [redacted] and that there was a signed contract for July 31, 2016. We told her Ms [redacted] was the prior manager and to please check with her because the lease should expire Dec 31, 2015. On another occasion Ms [redacted] told my daughter she got in touch with MS [redacted] who said the new lease was somewhere in the office but they had not been able to locate it. Despite our many attempts to resolve this matter, [redacted] has billed us in the amount of $1300.00 for Jan and Feb 2016 leases and has held back our security deposit. Thanks.Desired Settlement: We would like a refund of my daughter's security deposit.
