The people working for this property have very little respect for the residents when it comes to entering ones apartmentDespite having made multiple requests for a phone call prior to the maintenance showing up & multiple requests for no one to enter without me they continue to not give any noticeThey generally knock one or two times then begin enteringThey have came in while I was in the shower, and multiple times when I was asleep or undressedThis has happened at least a dozen times over the last ten monthsEach time they startle me it sends me into a mass panic attack generally causing me to pass out and injure myself in one way or anotherThey have been made aware that I have PTSD from an in home attack when I was youngerI'm not really sure what else to do other then spread the word and warn others in case they have similar mental health problems

We are in receipt of the above-referenced complaint regarding the furnace in Ms. [redacted]s home.
Ms. [redacted] indicates...

that her furnace is very loud, requiring her to increase the volume on her television and subsequently causing her neighbors to bang on the walls.
We have inspected Ms. [redacted]'s furnace and have found it is functioning properly. At this time, we are reaching out to the neighboring unit(s) to see if there are any issues as described by Ms. [redacted], and we will make every effort to help resolve them.
