In response to the complaint from [redacted] , I was emailed from [redacted] saying she was upset her auto insurance premium increased due to her 2nd claim on her policy(Comprehensive claim to her auto)I spoke with my staff member, Laura whom said she did tell [redacted] her "rating" on her policy would not be effected, but neglected to say that she would lose her "claims free" discount because of her 2nd claim in past yrsI advised [redacted] that Laura not being more specific to her, MBS would pay the different from her premium last year to this years increase of $so she would not have an increase in premiumI said I could only make this payment this year of $191.00, as I have no control whether or not if she would have another claim or not in the next yrs moving forward? [redacted] said that was "no good" of an answer and wanted MBS to pay [redacted] the claim back of $I advised her if "she" wanted to pay the claim back to [redacted] , I would make sure her claims free discount was added back onto the policy [redacted] replied by saying it was our error and I should pay the $I could not agree with her [redacted] complaint regarding my staff and privacy Issunames were given to her regarding my staff and whom she was dealing wino privacy issues were broken even though she has a problem dealing with different staff members in our office Lastly- [redacted] says she asked to speak with someone higher than me in our organization-I am the boss, so she was talking to the highest person in our office Her settlement request-For MBS to pay $back to [redacted] for her claim is unreasonableMy answer still stands-I will pay the difference on her increase in premium so she is not out of pocket any money this year or she re-pays [redacted] back the $and I'll make sure they add her claims free discount back onto her auto insurance policy [redacted] says she would never had put the claim thru if she would have lost her claims free discount Either option is fine with me Regards, Dale N***

In response to the complaint from [redacted], I was emailed from [redacted] saying she was upset her auto insurance premium increased due to her 2nd claim on her policy(Comprehensive claim to her auto). I spoke with my staff member, Laura whom said she did tell [redacted] her "rating" on her policy...

would not be effected, but neglected to say that she would lose her "claims free" discount because of her 2nd claim in past 5 yrs. I advised [redacted] that Laura not being more specific to her,  MBS would pay the different from her premium last year to this years increase of $191.00. so she would not have an increase in premium. I said I could only make this payment this year of $191.00, as I have no control whether or not if she would have another claim or not in the next 3 yrs moving forward? [redacted] said that was "no good" of an answer and wanted MBS to pay [redacted] the claim back of $498.00. I advised her if "she" wanted to pay the claim back to [redacted], I would make sure her claims free discount was added back onto the policy. [redacted] replied by saying it was our error and I should pay the $498.00. I could not agree with her.    [redacted] complaint regarding my staff and privacy Issues-No names were given to her regarding my staff and whom she was dealing with-So no privacy issues were broken even though she has a problem dealing with 3 different staff members in our office.  Lastly-[redacted] says she asked to speak with someone higher than me in our organization-I am the boss, so she was talking to the highest person in our office.   Her settlement request-For MBS to pay $498.00 back to [redacted] for her claim is unreasonable. My answer still stands-I will pay the difference on her increase in premium so she is not out of pocket any money this year or she re-pays [redacted] back the $498.00 and I'll make sure they add her claims free discount back onto her auto insurance policy. [redacted] says she would never had put the claim thru if she would have lost her claims free discount.  Either option is fine with me.   Regards,   Dale N[redacted].
