First off, our service guys use jump boxes that have fault protection on them so if the cables were attached incorrectly, the jump box goes into default and would not work. Keep in mind, we were called out because this vehicle already had a problem and we were just sent out to try and jump

Review: Relocating to Pittsburgh from New Orleans my fiance and I searched for several apartments until she found Carriage Park Apartments. She thought the location was great because it would be close to city. So I gave her the money to put down on the apartment so we can move into it. However, I informed [redacted] on Monday, June 23rd 2014 (by phone) that I was not able move in the apartment unit until Saturday, June 28, 2014 due to me going to work at 8:00 am and not getting off from work until 6pm or later to sign the lease. [redacted] agreed to the terms, but called me today (June 25, 2014 at 11:03 am) and said that I HAD TO MOVE IN TODAY OR ELSE. Plus they were going to charge me from Monday, June 23rd until June 30th ( the prorated amount)plus the first month's rent and we had never signed the lease or moved in the apartment. With this final ultimatum I reminded [redacted] of what we talked about on Monday. He then became extremely rude and combative about the move in date. I then asked to speak to a manager. He transferred me to [redacted] and she informed me that my deposit will not be refunded because of the pending approval, but yet what detoured me from moving in is the harassment by Carriage Park staffer [redacted] about the move in. I am very disappointed with this apartment and their polices. Moving from New Orleans and choosing Carriage Park as the apartment to move into was a huge mistake. No one should have to go through this when moving. I will contact the proper authorities about this problem.Desired Settlement: The deposit amount of $99.00 and my application fee of $60.00 because of the harassment.
