have selected regular grade, when the pump was prepaid for ultra gasThe customer is keep mentioning my name in their statement because it appeared in the receiptBut I was not there at the time of incidentAbout the *** *** deal it's a third party that handles all the rewards so we could not have done anything from our end about the reward they had used up here, The customer also had complained to Sunoco and they are too working on this matter, Sunoco called *** *** to confirm about the reward and the customer did get their rewards back to their cardAs per their statement about Joe, Joe had told customer that they would contact *** *** first to see what happened to the points and let us know if we have to do anything from our end to fix it, if we canThey did not come back to us, next thing we heard from Sunoco and then we received the latter from Revdex.com.To resolve this matter our Sunoco distributor was trying to get in touch with the customer had left few massages but has not heard from the customer back? they might have selected regular grade, when the pump was prepaid for ultra gas. The customer is keep mentioning my name in their statement because it appeared in the receipt. But I was not there at the time of incident. About the [redacted] deal it's a third party that handles all the rewards so we could not have done anything from our end about the reward they had used up here, The customer also had complained to Sunoco and they are too working on this matter, Sunoco called [redacted] to confirm about the reward and the customer did get their rewards back to their card. As per their statement about Joe, Joe had told customer that they would contact [redacted] first to see what happened to the points and let us know if we have to do anything from our end to fix it, if we can. They did not come back to us, next thing we heard from Sunoco and then we received the latter from Revdex.com.To resolve this matter our Sunoco distributor was trying to get in touch with the customer had left few massages but has not heard from the customer back? They are sending Sunoco gift card worth $25 for any inconvenience. We are also sending $25 Sunoco gift card from the store to settle this matter.
