DO NOT SELL VEHICLES WITH THEM UNLESS YOU ARE A VOLUME DEALER!!!
Listed cars with them times totalone car ran twice, didn't sell (they post it at the end of the auction since it's not a "volume dealer" car) few people bid, they said next time turn in earlierI did, they said they don't assign cars lanes till friday before auction (that's when I ACTUALLY found out about the dealer priority)No problem, ofcourse didn't sell again, paid $fees total to get it outmonths later I had a car I wanted to sell for whatever, it's worth $(ROUGH TRADE IN) ran it through with an 8k min, the guy checking it in was trying to hint me by saying "you want 8k for it" to sell it privately (of course always crookedness) I Told him it's owrth a lot more, at the auction it reaches 7800, the guys bidding literally looked at the auctioneer screen to find out what the minimum sale ishe didn't care!!!!FINE, I kept it till next week and specifically went to one of the office staff to have it relisted in next monday's auction It it now minutes past the beginning of the auction and NOPE, not even listedI finally get a hold of someone over the phone who says they didn't list it and didn't even apologizeAnd I've never been able to get a hold of upper managment so figured i'd share with youYou'd think they'd put a lane strictly for retail, or have better customer service NOPEso if YOU ARE NOT A VOLUME DEALER, DO NOT LIST WITH CARRIAGETRADEand note that this is actually a business and we sells a few cars a year so it's not even a one time dealI am now working on getting a dealer license to go to a real auction with more fairplay to list my cars
