Review: I ordered my wedding dress Jan 3, 2015 for around $1600 and was told I had to have 60% down to place the order. I ordered an ivory dress and was told it would be here by the end of May. The dress came in at the end of May and when I went to try it on it was not ivory the associate told me it was silver white in color. Then I proceeded to tell her I did not want that color and she told me there was nothing she could do and made us pay the remaining balance. The associate told us she would let the owner know there was a problem. My wedding was September 19. It then took the owner a month to get back to us to fix this problem. When she got back to us I asked for a refund at that time and she REFUSED. She then ordered me a different dress in the correct color and told me it would be in the beginning of August. August came and went no dress. Finally less than 20 days the dress came in and it needed alterations. I was not happy with the product especially because I had to spend another $250 somewhere else to fix the dress. Also she called and harassed me the day before and the day of my wedding because my moms credit card put a hold on her account because 30 before the wedding I had no dress so she filed a dispute with the credit card company because we had no dress that was paid for in full. She had left me a message saying she was going to have the cops come take the dress because I stole it. Because of the stress of this situation I ended up at the dr and am now on blood pressure medication.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of some sort. She lied and said it was being made in New York and it came from China. The quality of the dress was not acceptable but I had to make it work. What else is not acceptable is the stress and aggravation she put me through the day before and the day of my wedding.
