I don't see any attachments but if Mr. [redacted] has actually provided all of our correspondence, that would include:1) The fact that his initial payment was nonrefundable, Mr. [redacted] was aware of this fact, and it was clearly stated at the time of purchase. He has no legal claim at all on the money in question, but he continues to fraudulently claim that he does anyway.2) The work was completed and delivered via email as scheduled. Mr. [redacted] admits to having seen proof of delivery. He has provided no proof at all that he did not receive the work. 3) Even after receiving proof that the work was completed and delivered on time, Mr. [redacted] still made libelous public statements about me, including questioning whether I'd done the work (when he knew I had) and claiming I scammed him. I have asked Mr. [redacted] to publicly refute these statements, which he knows to be false, but he has refused to do so.4) I have never stated that I would not provide Mr. [redacted] with a link to the online backup I made of his work. I only asked that he delete and refute his libel, but he refused.5) I have tried for weeks to work out a solution with Mr. [redacted], replying to every claim, jumping through all of his hoops, because I want to do my job to the best of my abilities, and provide my clients with everything owed to them. Mr. [redacted] is aware that I have acted in good faith in this matter, but that has not stopped his fraudulent claims.6) Knowing that the fee in question was nonrefundable, he opened a claim against me with his credit card company, which constitutes chargeback fraud. Mr. [redacted] is aware of this but has refused to stop.7) Mr. [redacted] has repeatedly contacted me during periods where I publicly stated (he follows both my personal and professional accounts on social media) that I was busy and would not be checking my email, in order to make demands and set deadlines. I can only assume he's hoping that I won't see it, and then he could claim I was ignoring his requests (I have not).8) Mr. [redacted] has repeatedly gotten dates wrong, claiming (for example) that he gave me a week of no contact before sending me multiple messages (via email and Twitter), when it was actually less than 4 days.9) Mr. [redacted] has taken these actions knowing that his claims are false and that he's purposefully damaging my reputation and business. He has repeatedly said he will continue to do so until I give him money he has no right to, which is essentially blackmail.10) I believe Mr. [redacted] is insisting that he did not receive the work in question because that's the only grounds on which he might possibly be able to argue a claim. However, he waited over a month after delivery before contacting me that there was any problem, even though we'd been communicating multiple times per week before that, and I let him know in advance the exact date of expected delivery. If he truly did not receive it as scheduled, wouldn't he have let me know right away? As I have said, this entire claim is fraudulent. I am pursuing legal action in this case. Please close it and remove it completely from my record.Thank you.Carrie [redacted]

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.1) I'm not aware of anything having been non-fundable, and don't see anything about it in the emails. Besides, I only wanted a refund because I never received the edits I paid for.2) I never received the work in question. After my claim, the editor did send me copy/pasted text which said she had sent the edits. I never received them beforehand.3) I have not made any libelous statements. I did say that I'd never received the work, because I never received it. I did ask if the work had been completed, since I'd never received it. I certainly never accused the editor of scamming anyone.4) The editor said she would only provide me with my work if I withdrew all claims that I'd never received the work. Kind of a catch-22.5) The simple resolution would be to send the edits. I have never received them, and the editor never attempted to "resend" them, even after promising to meet an extended deadline.6)Again, not sure where this "nonrefundable" stuff is coming in. Not in any of our correspondence, never mentioned to me. Naturally I wouldn't have expected a refund if I had received the service/edits by the agreed-upon deadline. Or even the extended deadline. 7)I did attempt to contact the editor numerous times after I didn't receive the edits. I hadn't realized that her being busy was the reason she didn't respond to my e-mails.8)I never state I "gave a week of no contact" to the editor. She said she would resend the edits within a week, and then didn't, so I asked for an update after the week ended.9)My only claim is that I never received any edits. It's not false. It's not even accusatory. I care about the work in question, and the contract. I have no interest in damaging the editor's reputation or business.10)My insistence that I didn't receive the work in question is based on the fact that I never received the work in question. That is the reason I have made a claim. I sent two e-mails that were never responded to after the Editor said the work would be done "in a couple days". After it it is true that I waited a month before checking back in to see if the edits were completed. I never received them, nor did the editor even mention that they had been sent. There is no fraud on my part in this case. I paid the editor $447.68 for services that I never received. Even after I made it explicitly clear that I hadn't received them, they were not provided. They still haven't been, thus the "chargeback" referred to. Again, the correspondence I provided lays all of this out quite clearly. I will attach it again.Regards,[redacted]
