Billing for time with no documentation of proof service date 12-15- Invoice #4331R We called out a service call to do an upgrade to our phone systemWe needed to move a phone jack and add anotherUpon receiving the bill for services, there was no explanation of time on the jobWe did not keep an exact time sheet as we expected Carrier to do soWe were billed for what my staff recalls as almost double the time in the storeI called Carrier to question the billing and asked to see the tech's work order with the time documentedthey were unable to provide it saying they do not keep such recordsMy Question to them is how do they know what to bill? It seems odd that the hours charged were exactly hour and hoursIn addition to all of this, The initial billing came in with an additional hours billing for nothingHowever, she did remove this chargeIf the work did take this much time, I have no problem paying this billHowever, not being able to provide any docume
