Carrier Contracting

Review: [redacted] was contracted to seal our parking lot September 2014,soon after job was completed, sealer started to crack, flake and lift causing the material to be tracked into the building causing a constant cleaning process to be implemented. After noticing the problem, contact was attempted by managers of the office by both phone and text. After October of 2014 contact as not been able to be made even thought we have tried repeatedly thought February 2015 by phone and most recent certified letter.Desired Settlement: We would like [redacted] to contact us, come out to the office, and inspect the work. Then work on correcting the problem in an amicable way so the solution and debris is no longer tracked into the office.
