I called in and placed an order for 3 dozen tamales at the advertised price of $24.00 a dozen. Their website menu says $24/dozen. I confirmed with the female who answered the phone prior to placing order, however, shen my son picked up order he was charged at $35per dozen.
On 01/8/20, I called in and informed a male worker that I was over charged and explained that my son picked up order so he didn't know any better but paid. The worker reported that the menu on the website is wrong they now charge $35. I requested to be reimbursed the difference of $43 but my request was denied. The worker said he asked the owner but he refused to reimburse me.
This restaurant is falsely advertising their prices on the menu and confirming the incorrect amount over the telephone.

We don't even have a website to begin with so maybe you should verify with the source because it wasn't us.

I have provided Revdex.com with a a copy of Carrillo's Restaurant's webpage which clearly shows the address and menu. It says that a dozen tamales are $25
We don't have a website. It has been down for over a year. Our prices are clearly displayed on our menu board. It's impossible for you to have our website being that we don't have one.
