The owners who bought into these properties have had to have their condo fees almost double within 2 years to pay for carringtons [redacted] work and cost cutting. How the "stylish" floors all warp from just using a [redacted] to clean them, electrical issues, parkade door issues and boilers blowing needing to be replaced completely after 1 year because they were bought in China with no parts available. The lack of sound proofing so you can hear conversations of your neighbors all around you as clear as if they were standing in your unit is disgusting and provide no privacy. It's sad that we were taken advantage of and now to sell we will all be losing between $10,000-50,000 or more. [redacted] doesn't help as they don't return messages and now almost 3 years later my warranty work hasn't been done as they refuse to warrant anything finding excuses. Condo fees alone now are over $400 a month with no amenities just to keep up with the building maintenance costs.
