I purchased a Dickens wing back chair and was making deposits. Just like others after a while did not know when furniture would be completed
Over $500 dollars down and promised a refund and never received it at all. Made several calls and emails and a BBB complaint..no response.
Now considering filing a complaint with the Hickoru Police and getting my attorney.
Buyer beware this company is not reputable to do business.

A positive experience from start to finish The website for Carrington Court is very user friendly When I called for fabric samples, they were sent promptly I asked to bring my own fabric and although they are closed on Saturday, they had someone meet us there to accept our fabric She gave us an unhurried tour of their operation (so fun to see so many different styles of chairs and fabrics), took our fabric and our order for chairs We received our completed chairs by Fed Ex only two weeks later and the remainder of our fabric The chairs turned out fantastic, so we are impressed by the quality of the chairs and upholstery job...and very impressed by the ease of ordering and the people we worked with who made this a very pleasant experience
I've ordered twice from Carrington CourtExcellent experiences both timesI frequently get compliments on both my dining room chairs, as well as the barstools that I ordered from themI'm not usually the kind of person that leaves reviews, but this company went out of their way to make sure I had my chairs in time for a big party we were throwing The quality of the work was exceptional, especially for the price, and their customer service people were a joy to work withThe only negative that I came across was that their hours were Eastern time and it made it difficult to call after I got off from work, but I ended up calling during lunchBesides, it was an Internet based purchase, so it was convenient to communicate by email (which they responded to even after hours) anywayThey seem like a small business, with employees that genuinely careTheir reps were a delight to talk with and are obviously from the south based on their accentsIt's great to deal with an American business
I ordered upholstered chairs in the Sabrina Indigo fabricI was a bitt unsure but read all the positive reviews and decided it to give it a go The chairs are beautiful , and the workmanship is the same I placed the chairs at the heads of the table and they looked great Less than a year since I got them I noticed that the top and about inches of the place where your back would rest was faded There was no way that it was from sun or any other light becat no time did the chair get sun.I also had 3M window films placed on the windows on the whole first floorOnly one chair fadedI found out the the Blue and Red fabrics fade from touching , so be aware of that It's not that noticible , but I am disappointed.We do touch it as we pass I am ordering head caps for that part of the chair, and one for the other chair just in caseI t is a great company with wch to workVery helpful I worked with [redacted] via email

I ordered 2 upholstered chairs in the Sabrina Indigo fabric. I was a bitt unsure but read all the positive reviews and decided it to give it a go . The chairs are beautiful , and the workmanship is the same. I placed the chairs at the heads of the table and they looked great. Less than a year since I got them I noticed that the top and about 10 inches of the place where your back would rest was faded. There was no way that it was from sun or any other light bec. at no time did the chair get sun.I also had 3M window films placed on the windows on the whole first floor. Only one chair faded. I found out the the Blue and Red fabrics fade from touching , so be aware of that . It's not that noticible , but I am disappointed.We do touch it as we pass. I am ordering head caps for that part of the chair, and one for the other chair just in case. I t is a great company with wch to work. Very helpful. I worked with [redacted] via email.
