My mortgage was sold from B of A to Carrington Mortgage Company, since then it has been a nightmare. They have taken money out of my account for the last few months even though I am a month ahead of schedule due to their debit system. The costumer service STINKS, I had rude people, I never got called back when they said they would. Now as I write this I have been on hold for over 15 minutes. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!! All I want from them is to give me the $1067.00 they rightfully owe me.

Review: Signed off my ex-partners mortgage loan on March 11, and today, April 13, I am NOT OFF the Rural Loan. I am currently trying to get a new house on another Rural Loan but am unable to because it still shows I have this loan on my credit and with the county. My ex-partner no longer goes through Carrington, but First Choice Mortgage, whom he refinanced with to get my name off. He has already made payments with First choice so all should be said and done with Carrington, but they refuse to let the mortgage go for whatever reason even though it no longer belongs to them. They need to go USDA line website to file out a simple, little, form to say that I am no longer on the loan but they refuse to do say and actually told us they DO NOT do that, even though it's required by the state for a mortgage company to do so.

Honestly, with as many complaints they have with Revdex.com compared to all more well-known mortgage company, I'm am greatly surprised that they are still conducting business the way that they are. I didn't want to file with the Revdex.com to get this matter situated, but my lawyer told me to do so before we take legal action.Desired Settlement: Go to the USDA line and file the necessary paperwork before my current house falls through the loan process, which will have this week or the next.

Review: This company calls me weekly about refinancing my mortgage. My mortgage is currently through them. I do not wish to refinance. I have talked to them several times about this but the calls continue. They have been calling me for months. When I requested to speak with a supervisor I am told that there is none available. This is what I believe robe harassment. I want the calls to stop. I have never missed a Payment and always pay my mortgage on time.Desired Settlement: I do not want to be contacted. I want the calls to stop.

Review: I was pre-approved for a mortgage with Carrington Mortgage. I went a picked out a house and began the process. My loan specialist name was [redacted]. The closing date for the house was Feb 26th. On Monday the 22nd I spoke with [redacted] to make sure we were going to close on time and he said he was trying. We did not close on the house on the date in the contract and [redacted] not anyone at Carrington would answer me as to when I could close on the house. The owners of the home have moved out of the house and we're staying in a hotel due to selling everything. I paid $2000 escrow. $475 for an appraisal , $200 for an inspection. $50 for a termite inspection. $370 for a lot inspection and. I lost everything I put into this house because of Carrington and not being able to close on this house. It wasn't until March 5th [redacted] said I don't think we'll be able to close.Desired Settlement: I would like all the money back that I put into a house and did not get because Carrington Mortgage lead me on!

Review: The representatives that we dealt with through the entire process assured us that we would have no additional fees besides the money that we were required to put down. We had numerous phone and email communications confirming that fact, but when we got to the day before close we were told that they would not cover $625 worth of expenses that we paid out of pocket. We had a huge problem because the sellers had a greed to provide a credit due to some conditions of the property, but we then found out that the credit was being applied to the fees that the mortgage company agreed to pay and not back to us as the buyers. We were told that since the fees were not enough for the credit we would lose 1400 of the negotiated credit. When we spoke with the sales representatives after the transactions was done they completely changed their story. When I asked why they did not include the monies we paid in advance so that the sellers credit could reimburse us they had no answer.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for the $625 I paid for the WDO inspection and the home inspection
