I am *** with Scott's rain gutter service in regards to the said complaint here is my reply upon completion of the job I was paid in for approximately two weeks later received a call from homeowner saying the screens we put on the home weren't allowing enough water into the rain
gutter I informed them it would take approximately to good rains for the oil to wash off but they didn't wait for this they called me saying the covers not working and that they had an inspector who was there for something totally different he said in his opinion covers on the gutter never work upon him telling the homeowners this I received a call and I want back out to the home and removed the covers took them to my shop and drill 3/holes along the outer edge and install them after the installation was through I tested them I tested them they worked fine then I received a phone call saying they weren't working and they didn't want them so I made an agreement with the homeowner to clean out the gutters for the next six years twice a year I am formed her the best time would be in November and then again January to February as a show of good faith I went there and and started blowing off her roof and my blower quit working I am formed her of what happened and sit at the time that her gutters were cleaned and that I would come back in a later date and clean them when I left that day I will repeat I told her that they did not need cleaning Approximately a month maybe a little more I received a call that her son clean the gutters and would not be needing me to do that for her she told me she was backing out where agreement that was written on the contract and wanted it for refine our informed her I did not want to do this we had an agreement and why didn't she call me if she was concerned about cleaning her guttersI have always returned her calls promptly all she had to do was call me I have done thousands of feet on installs with the exact covers that I have installed on her homeAnd not one complaint I am prepared to have presented any amount required proving from satisfied customers that they love their gutter covers , all I'm asking is that she honor The agreement that we had I have no complaints against my company ever and I've been in business since so I'm sure that we can resolve this in a way that everybody is happy

I am rejecting this response because:iwe are not rejecting what you are willing to to do.I am sure you can find a use for what you took off of the roof they were not used for that long.I would like to settle for no less than $

In regards to the complaint number 12033013 i'm willing to refund some of the money not all I cannot use the screens that were installed on set a house they are used and were cut specifically for her house, if I have to I am prepared in writing to show at least 20 satisfied customers that I have had the same screens installed. I have installed thousands of feet of this same product over the last six years with zero complaints .
