Good morning to whom it may concern first of all it is true everything she says and your statement the fact is I've been out here years and have experience roofs then the customer she was on the schedule for Monday that day there was rain in the forecast I told her that so she fired me in a very rude way I try to accommodate all my customers to the best of my ability I told her how to refund her moneyin days just lake the contract says when she signed it it storm that day and the next day I was having a horrible experience prior to that for a customer that wasn't patient she kept on saying is not going to rain too fife you have plenty of time to do the roof lots and lots of pressure so I just said to her that job cost me 18,out of my pocket if I would stick it through the insurance my insurance rates Will go through the roof for the rest of the company's existence I'm sorry I cannot please everybody I'm sorry about any inconvenience but you have to understand one mistake is very costly your money has been refunded on the 25th checks come out Alabama checks it'll take to days again I can't apologize enough for an unsatisfied customer also for me listening to the customer on the inside got Tempest sheets of sheet rock ceiling fans carpet vinyl New installation putting everything in storage having a cleanup crew I didn't walk away from this job I manned up and took responsibility at no cost to the customer I will be more than happy to give you the customers name address telephone number if you wish to contact them again I couldn't take that chance in spite of this lady [redacted] yelling at me this is her response for my customers to read and hopefully this bad review don't sound so bad when you hear both sides of the story thank you and God bless you

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted] I have read Mr[redacted] responseFirst of all, my name is [redacted] , not [redacted] Secondly, He states I paid him in three different paymentsThis is true but only after he told me he needed the money to purchase materialsNormally, I would not pay up front for some thing like this before the job was completedThirdly, I never said any thing about being a disabled veteranIt is on the license plates of my vehicleI never asked for any modifications to my homeI have only asked for what was agreed on before the contract was written by Mr[redacted] The only change was, I asked if his company also done inside paintingHe indicated he did and I showed him what I wanted painted which was my living room, hall way and my dining roomHe quoted me a price of seven hundred, fifty dollars and I thought was acceptable compared to other quotes I had receivedHe also stayed I was on top of him though the processIn a sense, he is rightThe majority of the work was on the front of the house meaning the carportAnd yes I was there watching as I like to set out side and enjoying the outdoorsI always set on my porchI do not agree with his statement about me raising my voiceWhen we returned from our trip to New York, after a couple of days, we received some rainThat is when I realized the panels on the carport were not cut correctly when the water was falling on my porch as indicated in my initial complaintI called Mr [redacted] at that time and when I told him about it, he immediately become upset and asked why I had waited so long to call himAgain, referring to my original complaint, He knew I was out of town during that time frameHe started to raise His voice at me and yes, I did get upset that he would blame me and tell me "NOT" to disrespect himI did not disrespect him in any way, I did not curse at him, and I did not argue with himI just told him to come out and I would show him what I was talking aboutHe agreed and came out the next and was very cordial and did not appear to be upsetI showed him what I was talking aboutHe said it was no problem and that he would order some thin that could be installed to correct the down flow and that would stop it from draining on my porchI have no idea what a perch stop is.Lastly, my back ground in the military has nothing to do with this problemNeither does my financial positionAll he should be concerned about is did he get paidHe requested monies up front in order to purchase materialsHe received them at the times he asked for themWhen all the projects were com[pleted, Mr[redacted] was paid in full and I have receipts signed by him or his worker

This is Mr [redacted] owner for years of carrisal construction if you can tell by the long review that this man is making he is hurting for money because of the funeral I've been notified and wants a refund I am not going to refund one penny if he reads behind his contract if we have to go to court for any reason he has to pay court costs and attorney fees I am willing to fix whatever needs to be fixedBut this is not the issue here he wants a refund I am not doing it I try calling this man several times to try to work things out he is not reasonable why number one he's way up there in age 2nd of all he thinks he still in the militarythis matter will probably end up in court costing us both time and money it is not going to be resolved I tried my best to reach out to this man he doesn't want to be reasonable Also on my behalf I did your niece house that you recommended same thing roof painting outside at in wood replacement and she said I didn't awesome job I think you are just hurting for money and I will not give you the satisfaction of even thinking about getting my attorneys and suing you for slander

To whom it may concern I am responding to this complaint this customer is an attorney he really stressed me out wanted me there every day including so much that I got sick the last two days I told my guys just to do the best I can because I wasn't there I was in the hospital their pattern was laid wrong when I got back two days later I picked up the tile that was wrong the customer was already real upset these people have the resources to throw their weight around I had did a lot of extra stuff for them when he told me just bill me for all the extra stuff and I did I charge him $extra on the granite of his choice for customizing range to fit I put him all his appliances in at no charge In trade that he bought his own faucet I also charged him $for turning his cabinets in to wood cabinets instead of presswood his house was left sparkling clean it was daily cleanup no trash left behind feet of shoe mold at two dollars a foot to install and paint that's $also in his contract it states tile he wanted Travitine needs to be sealed before grouting if not the tile will suck up the grout also at two dollars a foot that's $then there was a room that I did not measure our agreement was half on the tile because he picked out an expensive tile it was going to be ft.² extra that's $more from him I told him I am writing a new contract for these extra things he very mad always threatening to sue me this time I said all right ahead I need you to send me this contract that you're going to pay me at the end and I will complete your job he said no it's a matter of fact he no longer need my services I said I will finish the job he said no that he no longer needed my services ft.² of tile is laid he didn't complain about that until the end again I asked I will be more than happy to finish your job just signed me the contract for the extra stuff and I will do it all the materials are there except for the extra ft.² of tile I have receipts for all the shoe mold and the grout and sealer it's hard to please a customer that has all the resources to do whatever they want to do i'm just a small company barely making itAnd he's right I had three people there that did not know what they were doing there just helpers but he keeps on wanting more people in his house to do more work faster I kept telling him it's not about fastness it's about getting the job done right

The company has not refunded all monies due however we did set up payment arrangements with my husband and meThe company sent a payment of $which is a payment towards the balance of the funds that he received from my husband and Me Our agreement is that the company will send my husband and I a payment of $a month on or before the 15th of each month the first payment was received on November 17, and was cashed on November Per our agreement my husband and I agreed to remove our comments as long as the company uphold the payment agreementI am looking forward to working with the company personally to uphold our agreement.

My Mother-in-law passed away at the age of one hundred years of age. She was smart enough years ago to buy an insurance plan that "PAID" for Her entire funeral not that it is of any concern of yours. Get your facts straight before you start making false accusations.Two" I don't know why you insist in bringing up my military history. If you could possibly explain to every one, what you are talking about, so maybe we could all understand.Three, I "DON"T" need your stupid money. I am way better off than you can imagine not that, again, it is any of your business. As you know I paid you cash money that came out of "MY" pocket.You also make reference to having called me on several occasions. Well, just so you know I anticipated your making this claim so, I contacted both of my carriers and asked for all phone calls received from the first of May to the end of July, and surprise,surprise, there is only three calls made from you to me. They are, 5-16-2016, 7:55  PM, one minute,24 seconds .Next call was on 6-20-2016, 9:46:23 AM, 37 seconds, and lastly, on 7-5-2016, 10:21 AM,  less than one minute.Now Mr.Carrisal, if you wish to continue this unnecessary dialog, let us continue. How ever, if as you say you are willing to solve this conflict, I am willing to talk one more time and like gentleman. No raising voices, no more accusations just setting down discussing what is wrong, what you are willing to contribute to a solution. I know what is wrong and I want it corrected ASAP. No more BS.You also made reference to a court challenge. With all my pictures, phone records and copies of all our written correspondence, I don't think I will be paying any court costs. One thing I learned in my career in service is always to CYA. I am replying to Mr. [redacted] complaint first of all he paid me in three separate payments all the time we were walking to the all of the job always complaining about everything talking that he was a retired veteran demanding all kind of changes in his job he was on top of us every step of the way...

why would he pay me all that money after walking the job and as for his neighbor that recommended us to him I will be more than happy to give you her name since the storm hit I've done over 300 claims no complaints the complaint started when he wanted bird stops underneath his metal I had to special order those birds stops that's when every thing started mr. [redacted] started raising his voice at me demanding for me to come back and finish the job I responded that's cosmetics and because of this man's age and his background with the military he is used to demanding stuff and getting it done fast I cannot pull people of roofs to come and put perch stops at his convenience he is always out of town I tried reaching him he would return my calls five days later again at his convenience and again yelling I told him I don't have to put up with his tone of voice he is also taking me to small Court claim trying to get all his money back $10,000 of that went to his materials everything got done that he requested if Mr. [redacted] was right on top of me the whole time making sure that everything was going right and he paid me in full why is he complaining now I will not refund one penny of this job money I will fix what he wants me to fix but that's it I didn't take his money and didn't do his job I think he's just hurting for money to take another trip
