Ms*** has contacted our office and my cell phone over timesThere have been two occasions where she asked us to delay the projectThe first time was because she wanted clarification on the product we had initially and clearly agreed to installThe second time, she didn't allow our crew to
commence the removal of the existing roofing material until the new material was deliveredHer property is not conducive to having a trailer and a material order in front of her house and we were trying to be efficient with the space and timeWe are always glad to explain and clarify any questions our customer's haveHowever, Ms*** has been excessively contacting us for minor issuesShe has been "supervising" and had created a hazardous atmosphere for our crew by constantly asking them to climb down the ladder to answer some trivial and unnecessary questionsToday, she asked for permit and license information, which had already been given to her weeks agoI explained that I will be doing my best to meet with her today to show her the permit and license number, and answer any additionally questions she may haveI also explained to her that we will not be performing any of the other repairs which we have been contracted to do and that we will have to amend our contract to cover only the roof replacement because we cannot further do business with herShe agreed, and I informed her that the balance for the roof would be due at completion of the roof and a proper receipt would be givenThis is a service industry we are in, and occasionally, we come across a customer who makes things extra challenging such as we have todayWe have explained any delays and have stayed in constant communication with Ms***Additionally, we have met with her on several occasions and have spoken to her on the phone to clarify the many questions/ concerns she hasWe have had a crew there every day since we commenced her job and plan to finish the job within the next hoursWe simply ask that Ms*** fulfill her responsibility on the day of completion
