It is never an ideal situation when a consumer feels their service is not what they had hopedIt is also never an ideal situation when a business is accused of wrong doingPlease note, this is the last transmission of repeated information that we will sendIt is documented through customer's insurance company that his car was reinspectedI cannot provide that information in writing as the insurance company was the party that did that requested inspectionIt was determined by the insurance company, no further repairs will be providedDocumentation is with the insurance companyWe do not have access to those recordsCertainly the Revdex.com could request that information from the insurance company to prove the customer is not relaying all of the informationThe insurance contact that we have for this claim is *** ***He is the licensed appraiser who inspected the vehicle and has denied the rest of these claimsYou may want to contact him to confirm the account of information we have providedThe adjuster on this case is *** *** ***Unless the customer can provided names, of representatives he spoke with, which can verify the vehicle was not reinspected, this information cannot be authenticated as trueWe can tell you with 100% accuracy that the insurance company feels this claim should be under investigation as they believe the damage to be caused by the customerWe can further add that Mr*** has stated he spoke to the customer himself, numerous timesOne the phone call to either the appraiser or adjuster will verify these claims stating that he was not properly serviced by his insurance company, and if that is the case, our business has nothing to do with his lack of satisfaction with their treatment of this customerThis is an issue he should pursue with themWe had never given information to the customer that the vehicle was not inspected bu usIs this information in writing? If so, forwarding this document will help solve some of the issuesClearly we would not give information to any customer stating such a thingCustomer inspected vehicle before he leftThe inspection company hired by the customer , is not the insurance company to which the repair claim processed through, it is an independent or private appraisal serviceWhich provides their personal opinion as to the condition of the vehicleThe insurance appraiser has final word because they are paying for what they deem connected to the accident/incidentExpert opinions vary and that is why they are called opinionsThere is no documentation indicating the vehicle was or was not painted in any manner provided by the repair shopCustomer came in with report and one of the managers did go outside and speak to the customerOnce again, the customer has a different account with each time he sends in his complaintWe submit that the customer is upset due to the condition of his vehicle the insurance company will not repairAny further complaints or communications not going to be entertained unless, written proof is provided with this complaint regarding failure to reinspect, and an affidavit from the insurance company to verify the customers claims are true

The Insurance company confirmed that the vehicle has not been inspected upon completionThe business also confirmed that they never had the car inspected after repairsAs specified earlier the business stated that Maaco would not come out and inspect the carNo one inspected the car after repairs and I was told to simply take it as isThe inspection company is not a private company that can be challenged other appraisalsIt is a licensed inspection company who provided report consistent with all repairs the business didThe inspector stated that every single panel Maaco painted has substandard repairsWhen I asked the Maaco manager to look at it before picked the car they refused even looking at itThere is no document proving that the car was painted rightNo inspection was done by Maaco as stated by the business

1. *. [redacted] the appraisal confirmed that he personally did nit inspect the vehicle;2. ** [redacted] the adjuster confirmed that nobody from the insurance company inspected the car;3. Maaco did not provide any document proving the inspection; 4. The inspection report provided is consistent with the repair order proving substandard repairs; As seen from the report there is a number of substandard repairs found with detailed description. All together they are estimated over $1000. Maaco refused to warranty their repairs and take the car to fix them without any reasonable explanation.  At this point the resolution can be them paying the charges.

Customer claims no one has re-inspected his vehicle. Customer had already spoken with his insurance company and asked them to come and look at his vehicle before it left the repair shop. It was viewed twice. This information is obtainable through the customer's insurance company. Request per...

customer was fulfilled and customer has this report. Customer should forward this information to the Revdex.com instead of claiming no one looked at it. He had been in touch with his insurance company numerous times. if the customer wants his auto insurance company to verify repairs or quality again, it is up to him. Maaco Headquarters would not inspect a vehicle, as they are out of state. Inspections are up to the customer and his insurance company, and if necessary the repair shop. To constantly say his vehicle was not inspected is untrue and will not have this debate again. Customer picked up vehicle and did not mention "Fish Eye", Flaking or chips on bumper, or Derby. There is no way to know what the customer did to his vehicle once he left the repair shop. Customer mentioned he wanted dents fixed, so he may have had that done in the meantime. The dents were a concern previously and it would seem that they are no longer a concern. However, if the customer has dent's repaired, his panel would need to be repainted. Customer did  not want Maaco to do those repairs. Regarding the message the customer received from the manager; the manager was explaining to the customer that this repair shop does not have the equipment that an auto manufacturer has. In other words, this is not an assembly line machines paint the parts and then the vehicle is reassembled. these parts are painted by hand with an automotive spray gun inside our paint booth. if the bumper has an adhesion problem with paint coming off, Maaco is more than willing to repair that portion of the vehicle. At this point, Maaco has entertained several claims of negligence from the customer. Customer has changed his complaint several times. The report customer has from his private appraiser can be challenged by any number of appraisers. The bottom line is that the customer must pay for the cost of damages that the insurance company will not cover. The customer indicated that his leased vehicle is to be returned in the condition expected. It is up to the customer to provide the repairs so that he can return his lease the way the company wants it. The dents or unrelated damages and are not the responsibility of the Insurance Company. Certainly the customer may contact the insurance company again and request a re paint. We have had on going contact with the customer. At this time, the customer is asking for documentation that the repair was done correctly. That will be provided by the insurance company, as they inspected it after repairs were made. Each month the customer is concerned about something else. We are unable to repair the other damages unless the customer is willing to pay for them. We would be happy to send the customer an invoice for the administrative duties requested. He may come into the repair shop anytime to pick that up. Customer's dissatisfaction with his repair needs to be taken up with his insurance company, as it is clear he is not happy with their decision. We feel that we have submitted all of the information requested by the Revdex.com and since it is a repeat of what we have already stated, we do not plan to respond again.
