Prompt response when we have requested assistance All staff are professional, friendly and very helpful
We've used them on several occasions The staff is alwys friendly when you call We also had a great experience last week when our furnace broke down The technician Scott who did the repair was very nice, professional, clean and did a great job fixing our unit I'm sorry I didn't have cash for a tip but we thank Scott very much for such a great job! Would definitely recommend

The oli tank ran out and my 89 year old mother was without heat for 18 hours in 10 degree weather, despite having supposed automatic refill service. Carroll was unwilling to send a delivery except during business hours thus creating a life threatening situation. Stay away from this company. No wonder they haven't applied for a Revdex.com rating.
