I do apologize for the inconvenienceThe reason for the three different time spans is we were looking to hire a new employee at the time of registration, and we did hire someone which gave us a new time line on getting the student drivenThe third time span was because the new employee worked days and quit leaving a note on our desk with no reason whyWith that, things slowed down again on drivingWe are doing the best we can and have hired new employees that are currently completing their training and will be working soon

On 08/12/The parent called in and asked about the driving potion of the drivers educationOn the call there was a miscommunication in the regards of the driving portionI understood her to say that her child finished the classroom weeks prier but what she meant was she finished paying remaining balance of the tuition that is when I tried to explain it would not be another weeks and explained my misunderstanding of the week issueI the told them that I as working on the class before hers and would be calling her class within a week or twoI also apologized multiple times for the miscommunication and would call her as soon as I got to her class

Son did his class first of SeptemberWhen we signed him up in August we were weeksAt the end of his class was told 4-Now we are being told 10-and they still have two classes ahead of hisMaybe they should quit having classes till they get caught up

:Business is still actually quoting people 6-weeksHad someone call and ask how long if their child would be in an upcoming classWe are now into the 11th week, and no phone call to set up drive time.

What an amazing group of peopleI can't believe how great they treated my son, he is very shy but they were patient and very understanding to all our needs with him and our crazy scheduleThey took extra time to make sure he understood the responsibility of becoming a driver even got him ingaged in class discussions he came home telling me how great his teacher was

They are absolutely amazing! Not sure what the other review was about but you could not ask for better teachersIt did take a little longer than we expected for our son to drive but it was well worth the waitAnd the lady in the office explained that with so many kids in class it could take a few weeks after the class ends to start your driving Shawn had so much more confidence after his first time with the diver it was amazing to see him begin to understand the responsibility of what becoming a driver requires

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! You pay your money and have to wait 2-months for your teenager to get to drive to get their license ONLY PLACE IN OUR AREA.....THEY SURE TAKE ADVANTAGE OF IT! Google them and read the horror storiesDO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE FOR TRAINING YOUR KID WILL BE YEARS OLDIF THAT SOON! A TOTAL JOKE!!! Well worth the money to go drive miles verses these IT'S!!! Worst business I've seen in my years on earthNOW THAT IS BAD!!!

We are driving this students class know and have scheduled they for there driving hoursWe lost employees in a months and where not prepared for that.We have replaced them and are working to get caught up now

I called at the end of June to enroll my daughter in their driving schoolShe was enrolled for August 21, When we signed her up we were not told that they were short staffed on driving instructors and that we would have to wait months before they ever got her into the car to driveI have been calling every week or so trying to get them to put my daughter into a car and two weeks ago I was told by the woman that answers the phone that she was the next to be scheduled in another weekIt has been almost months and nothing yetThey keep lying and telling me give us another week or twoNow it's been monthsI paid them in full on her first class room day which was in August They are quick to take your money but have absolutely no intention of getting our children in the driving course I want my money back or for her to be put in a car immediately!
