This was our first experience with Carroll Realty and we have not had a good one!
We checked in at 3:00 and went directly to the rental. We were doing an initial walk through and found the master bed (box springs) broken, dog poop under the bed, food and other trash under other beds, the air vents were black with dirt and filter were disgusting. They said blankets and pillows would be provided and they were however the blankets were very dirty!!!!! We washed them ourselves.
Carroll Realty did send a gentle man out to clean up the place but we did have to wait a couple of days to get new bedding so we had to share a room with our grandchild until it arrived.
Carroll Realty has apologized but when you pay the kind of money we did you would expect more.
