new roof was put on and leaks are still there and wrong roofing was put on.Carroll Roofing and Repair is owned by [redacted] , he put on new roof on an addition of home that was leaking in July 2014 I have been calling him and texting him for almost a year to get this fixed there is a 5 yr. warranty on labor , he promises to come the next day or calls and gives excuse for not coming my roof is still leaking and the new sheet rock that was done has now been damaged and some of my hardwood flooring and I have to use plastic and towels and buckets to catch water, he came and saw for himself the leaks still he promised never came back and won't answer phone or text messages . he also used the wrong roofing material should have been rubber roofing and he put on shingles which he said I needed which now he was wrong . I paid him $12,400.00 in checks for this job and which was almost twice what it should have cost He pressured me to pay him all at the finishing of job so he could pay the 8 workers he had with him. He promised me when he was done I would never have another leak I trusted him but now I know he was not worth the trust.His wife called me to say she new he hadn't done me right and that she would try to get this done but that hasn't happened either . Desired SettlementI'm seeking for all monies paid to [redacted]/ Carroll Roofing and Repair in the amount of $12,400.00 which was paid in good faith for a job that was not done correctly and was not honored by [redacted].
