I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

We have reached out to the homeowner and explained the issue around his pending claim with CertainTeed. We assured the homeowner that we are still working as his advocate to help him collect what may be due to him from the Class Action lawsuit through CertainTeed. Mr*** said he
understood and that he would remove his complaint when he received the settlement from CertainTeed. As we are not the one paying Mr*** all we can do is continue to advocate for him with CertainTeed as we have said we would do
