procedure for a product complaint is to order replace parts and service the item(s) in a reasonable time frameAll of the expense for this is warranted by the vendor for the 1st year and serviced by our store.Due to the harshness of the winter, staff shortages, and the distance between our towns, we've had to reschedule numerous times. We received the written notice of this complaint the same day that we were scheduled to repair of the recliners, which we completed on 3/15/@ ~p.mMSTWe assured the customer that we would be back over in the next 7-days to repair the 2nd of reclinersShe seemed to be satisfied with our response and the service provided.We called on 3/16/to follow up on the quality of the replaced cushion and our service but the customer was not available.We've been in business for nearly years by going the extra mile, and we intend to do this for this and every customer that we have the privilege to serve.Sincerely,-- Chuck M***ManagerCarroll's FurnitureNMain StreetSheridan, WY 82801***
