Hello,We would like to invite *** *** back to our shop so that we can go over the vehicle thoroughly and address her complaint she has with the transmission, againWe replaced the clutch pack, per the repair manual for her concernThis is an unfortunate series of events with the battery
failing, however, we cant make the battery burst or get battery acid on anything in teh engine bayThey are sealed unitsIt is more likely the brake rotor dust shield was rubbing against the brake rotor, not the tireWe understand her frustration, not to mention this was her first visit here, however, rather than refunding work that was done correctly, we would like to review and correct any concerns still remaining. Hello,*** *** purchased the vehicle AS IS, as the vehicle was getting ready to be wholesaled from our lot and was aware of the issues with the car, and we even provided him with a copy of the ***, which he signedWhen he purchased the vehicle, he requested to do his own tag and title work,
so we issued day temp tags after receiving payment*** *** then attempted to sell the car and wanted us to provide the title of the car in the new owners name, which by law, we cannot doIn order for him to sell the car, he must first register the vehicle, which would require him to pay taxes and make the sale of the vehicle not profitable for himWhen he learned this, he wanted to return the vehicle after having it since MayHe does have the current title to the car but refuses to put in his nameWe have tried to resolve the situation with *** *** to the best of our ability, but we cannot avoid the costs associated with registering a vehicle.Thanks,Joseph B***

In efforts to smooth things over Ted Britt Chevrolet will repair both vehicles The sales rep will contact customer to arrange repair of his new vehicle at our facility
