This complaint is very disappointingAfter speaking with Mr [redacted] on the phone and walking the house with his Mrs [redacted] , we explained that these repairs were not part of his ten year warranty for the valleys he had replaced Because the warranty claim was minor, we went ahead and did the repairs We will definitely be in contact soon to determine what would warrant this complaint

This is a very odd circumstance that electrical box cover would disappearHowever, we have replaced it and hope it did not create any inconvenience

I am rejecting this response because:First of all, thank you for replacing my electrical panel door although you make it sound like...

you are doing me a favor for replacing a part that your people threw out without even checking.  Secondly, a job that was suppose to be done in 1 week took about two weeks to get done, coming and going because the job wasn't done properly.  I am really upset that if I didn't know and check what was supposed to be done on my roof I wouldn't have known that I paid for features that wasn't even done.  Porter roofing didn't even realize that the job order wasn't put in properly until I filed a complaint.  SO DO NOT MAKE IT SOUND LIKE YOU ARE DOING ME A FAVOR WHEN IT WAS YOUR FAULT THAT THE DOOR PANEL WAS MISSING AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED!!!
