I had a little handicapped dog with very little control and needless to say, my carpet was a mess. I don't have high expectations or expect a miracle when it comes to cleaning my carpet. I am constantly cleaning it myself with my little steam vac, but that isn't enough to remove the smell or all the stains. I used Best last year and I was very struck by their professionalism, their honesty and the great job they did on my carpet. My biggest thing is honesty, and I don't want to be sold a bill of goods. They neither promised me the moon, nor did they over-charge for the job they did. It was a great experience working with such a professional organization. I definitely will use them again in the future and highly recommend them
