Customers? know they are on a trial and they know they will be charged.? ? We stand by our policy.?

This is an interesting situation? We followed all the procedures posted in our cancellation policy and refund policy? Upon signing up, the customer is given a link to their personal billing portal to manage their billing portion of the accountincluding the option to cancel before the stated billing date? The customer also received multiple emails when the credit card on file was decline initially.Despite all of thisI just added one year free access to the training course that the customer signed up for.Have a great day.Kyle O***IT PRO Account Manager

this case, the customer failed to cancel his account before the billing date? We have hundreds of customers and this is our second complaint in over 1/years of our subscription service?
