My expierence is the worstApart from over pricing the used vehicles the general manager told me to hire an attorney after I told him 3weeks in having the vehicle that it had a major issueHe then proceded to to tell me that it wasn't his problemI tryed for weeks to contact a hire up and nobody would answer and if they answered I was transfered to a voicemail that wouldn't specify if it belonged to anybodyNow after 3months of having issues with the car they don't want to exchange itAnd the general manager is either he's out of the office or he's busy.we are good paying folks trying not to be taken advantage of

What they are doing is targeting people with bad credit! They play this role like they care about their customers, but once you sign that dotted line they can care less about you and the lemon car they have sold usI had a car from them which a drunk driver hit and they refused to help me even though I gave them a dollar down payment on the vehicleI ended up paying my dollar deductible and the only options they gave me were cars that had almost 200,miles on them at a higher price than my last vehicleThe manager never returns calls, and when you complain they really don't answerIf you know people looking to buy a car tell them to stay away from this place! The manager is never there to help and will so whatever he can to avoid customers who have an issue

Hello.  This is [redacted], of [redacted].  In reference to the claim above, the following has taken place since 10/27/14:
1.  A representative from E-Commerce Advertising Team contacted me from a state of Washington phone to inquire whether I wanted to move...

forward in training to set up & operate my e-commerce website.  I said, "I don't know.  I spoke with someone at [redacted], who clearly stated to me, "[redacted] does not work with outside affiliates in its e-commerce operations."  He also acknowledged that suspicious activity of other companies purporting themselves as "affiliates" of [redacted] had been reported to them for over at least the past six months.  I further stated my hesitancy in going forward, but for some unknown reason, the call on my cell phone dropped. 
2.  I have received two emails from The [redacted] to complete my franchise fee licensing requirements with them, finally responding today for COPS to place a hold on my application and refund the initial licensing fees to me.  That was done by me via email around 10:30 a.m., PDT.
3.  Champion Business Services was instrumental in setting up the process of establishing an LLC.  I spoke to one of their representatives earlier, stated my concern clearly, and they reassured me that they followed their procedures carefully, and were only following up, to complete their assistance on my LLC, and close the work order.  At this point, they are a legitimate concern, and were helpful in my establishing a Limited Liability Corporation in [redacted].  The company, in my opinion, properly performed the services of assisting me in setting up my LLC, and I do not have any further request or claim for action against it.

I purchased a 2009 ford escape from this dealer. They did a wonderful job explaining everything to me. I felt as though I could not get approved anywhere else and they were able to help me. The managers are great as well as the sales team and the ladies in the back. They warrenty motor and transmission for 12,000 miles or one year. I would highly recommend anyone go here.
