I WOULD LIKE TO START BY SAYING WE ARE DOING EVERYTHING THAT WE CAN TO MAKE THIS BETTER WE PROVIDED MR IGOR WITH A TOYOTA COROLLA TO ACCOMMODATE HIM FROM DAY ONE AS THE REPAIRS ARE BEING MADE ON HIS MERCEDES WHICH I ALSO WANT ON RECORD THAT WE NEVER REFUSED TO FIX WE ARE HANDLING THE PROBLEM WITH MAXIMUM CONCERNWE VALUE ALL OF OUR CUSTOMERS AND WE CAN PROVE THAT IF YOU LOOK AT OUR REVIEWS ON GOOGLE

The two remaining parts are here and I have tried calling Mr*** multiple times but always get a busy signal ,If he could call me we will get this resolved

We repaired the vehicle as per the progressive insurance estimate in which they allowed to replace the bumper cover only ,when the old part was removed it was discovered the car had been in a prior accident and sub par repairs were performed which we have pictures showing missing and damaged
parts that attach the bumper cover ,the way the previous repairs were done was to use drywall screws to attach the cover and then bondo was used to cover the screws we did not add the screws as that is an improper substandard repair .Progressive wouldn't pay for the parts needed due to them not being broken and or missing from this loss .We would gladly replace the parts if they were paid for the amount of the parts would be I am attaching photos to document Mike D**

I am rejecting this response because: The shop and insurance should work together to properly conclude this matter? I want this bumper properly installed as it was prior this accident before it falls offWhether it had the correct parts or not this bumper was in place prior the collision.?

To who it may concern we are writtig to you to explain what's going on with the case # [redacted] and [redacted]. We sold this vehicle with a three month warranty from AUL complimentary (for free) it covers only internal issues (not tire pressure) on the other hand the customer signed...

due bill sold as is. No promise work to be done on that car on day of sale. They signed the buyer guide in english and spanish both as is. With all this we have tried to get a hold of the customer for 4 days to see if we can work something out to show good faith. Maybe go half and half on fixing the issue even though we don't have to. We worked with the customer giving them 4 weeks to come up with the down payment we will fax over English and Spanish buyer guide. (Business Response.pdf)
