In respod to the letter for case name *** *** *** ID # *** On 2-23-Mrs.*** came with her husband and a mechanic to buy the Kia Seranto Lic plate ***they check the car and the mechanic check every thing then drove the car for a test he told her the car is a sold
no Isues and nothing wrong with it she drove the car and agree to buy the car she and her husband came to the office she said that she have only( $3800)the money for the car and will pay the tax and registration( $470) on April 1st 2017,I explain every form she signed even I explain excatly what AS IS means she sign the folloiwng forms: 1-Contract it show what she paid and how much left 2-Contract Cancelation Option agreementShe agree to sign the decline optoin 3- Roprot of sale Used Vehicale 3-Buyer Guid AS IS 4-Bill of sales Please see the attachment Mrs *** was very happy with the car Next day I recieve a call from her I try to help her but her husband acted unprofesionally and threten me she was sorry about his actWhat she wrote in the claim is incorrect by not trying to help herI try to help her by using a Mechanic I know very cheap rate ...but she was insisting she want to turn the car ....she acted very bad she came to the office with lady claimed that she works for the sate the moment I asked this lady about her ID --she refused and start calling me names and racial Isues and so onany way the car was in good runing condition as a good business I tried to her but she decided to be unprofessional I asked her and I will asked her about the $she owe. Now by law I could Repo the car but I am giving her some time Thanks Cars u
