Apparently there was a misunderstanding with Mr***He was supposed to bring his vehicle back to our facility after driving for a while for inspection and further repairHe had number of issues due to the age of his vehicleWe contacted him on Feb 5th, and asked him to come in and we
will do our out most effort to please him and resolve this matter to his full satisfactionHe did say he would come in on Thursday afternoon Feb 8thbut didn't show upSo we are waiting
