This company sold me a lemon! When I tried to get the vehicle titled I could not because they did some weird thing, so I had to send the old title back so they could get things fixed The first week I had to put a brand new transmission into it and they of course were unwilling to give me any money back

Mrs *** ***,
I would like to thank you for updating the complaint # *** to indicate that I'm not satisfied with the reply from Cars4Less Used Cars DealerI strongly believed that the truck SHOULD NOT pass the VA in apparent violation of Virginia Regulation VAC 30-70-120(1) due to the substantiated rust and crack to the truck frame componentsAttached, please find the assessment from a professional auto body shop stating that the truck is UNSAFE to drive (Exhibit 1)
On November 16, 2015, I escalated the complaint to the Virginia Department of Sate Police Safety Division and provide some photos of the condition of the truck main frame (exhibit-2)On December 3, along with a Virginia State trooper assigned to review the Safety Inspection complaint, we went back to the Inspection Station that passed the Virginia Safety Inspection in order to assess the condition of the truck, whether it would pass the Safety Inspection in its current conditionIn the presence of the State trooper, the Station Safety Inspector agreed that the truck would not pass the Safety Inspection and although it is not an admission of guilt, the station safety inspector contacted Cars4Less which now agreed to make necessary repairs in order for the truck to pass the Virginia Safety Inspection.
The truck is at the Inspection Station for repair since December 3, Please, let me know if you need additional informationIn the meantime, I wish you a wonderful holidays season and will inform you if there are any progresses in this matterSincerely Yours,

white-space: pre-wrap;">In reference to the enclosed complaint that was filed with the Revdex.com dated October 05, 2015, I would like to state my response on behalf of Cars 4 Less in the following lines:
Cars 4 Less sold the 2002 [redacted] on 08/10/2015 to the customer "AS IS" with no warranties whatsoever. The customer checked the car thoroughly and took it for a test drive. The customer seemed pretty satisfied with the vehicle after the test drive and asked for a discount. After negotiating the price, Cars 4 Less offered a discount of $290.00 which was happily accepted by the customer and the deal was closed.
Cars 4 Less absolutely denies the accusation that states we were deceptive at the time of sale. Cars 4 Less clearly displayed the Buyers' Guide for Used Cars on the window of the vehicle offered for sale which clearly states that the Vehicle is sold "AS IS" with all the possible defects that it might have, including rust on the frame. Furthermore the customer signed on three different documents at the time of sale taking full responsibility for the vehicle and any repairs that it might need subsequently. Therefore, despite our number one goal being customer satisfaction, Cars 4 Less at this point is not in the position to offer any refund for the sold car especially when it was sold "AS IS". I have enclosed the documents that were signed by the customer at the time of sale and they explain the "AS IS" term very clearly. I hope this addresses your questions and concerns regarding the complaint.

I was shopping for a used car and met Farid a seemingly genuine respectable businessman. After test driving the car I ended up purchasing a 2006 Ford Explorer. I thought that the car was in good shape, but after only one week of driving the car died in the middle of the highway. My mechanic took the time to diagnose the car and said that a head gasket had blown, and that there is no way this problem could have occured within a week. He was certain that the dealer had concealed the problem.
I called and spoke with Farid the salesman and he proceeded to deny any wrongdoing and refused to take responsibility for selling defective merchandise.
Do not purchase a car here unless you wish to find yourself stranded on the side of the road. They have apparently decided to build a business on deception.
