The car a *** *** was never registered under *** *** bought the car and transferred it to meFor my inconvenience of going back and forth to the DMV he gave me free oil changes, and yes the mechanic who did the oil change never mentioned to *** that he changed the oil filterHe has my name and ***'s DOB and the addressMy DOB is *** address *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ***He can have the car back and all I want is dollars for the price paid for the vehicleAny questions feel free to call me at *** after 2pm

to whom it my concernI don't remember selling any car to Ms [redacted]. I sold this car to Ms [redacted] A 2000 [redacted] with 132,369 MILES ,  WHICH SHE  BOUGHT FOR $800 dollars.I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHEN SHE SAYS ( PAPERWORK MISHAP) SINCE I HAVE ALL THE PAPERWORK PROPERLY FILL OUT...

 ACCORDINGLY TO THE STATE REGULATION AND LAWS.I DID GIVE HER SOME COUPONS FOR OIL CHANGE, "OIL". THEREFOR THE FILTER WAS NOT CHANGED.IF THE FILTER WAS NOT CHANGED AND WE DID NOT TOUCHED IT, HOW COME IT IS OUR FAULT THAT THE FILTER COME OFF THE CAR ? SHE CALLED ME ABOUT 2 MONTHS AFTER WE CHANGED HER OIL. SHE COULD HAVE GONE TO ANOTHER SHOP TO HAVE HER CAR REPAIR FOR SOMETHING ELSE AND THINKS THAT THE FILTER CAME OFF BECAUSE WE CHANGED THE OIL.  I DO UNDERSTAND MS [redacted] OR [redacted] FRUSTRATION , BUT I CAN`T PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS NOT DONE BY CARS4U OR ITS ASSOCIATES. THE BEST WE CAN DO IS SELL HER ANOTHER CAR AT IT S  WHOLE SALE PRICE.THANKS

This is a terrible place to purchase a vehicle. Most of their vehicles are one step away from a junkyard, And they charge thousands for them. My fiance fell victim to them. She purchased a 1998 Oldsmobile 88. Have had nothing but problem after problem with it. The people are very rude and unprofessional. The lot and office are filthy. And they don't care about the problems you have with the vehicle you purchased. Just give me your money. They are inflexible. My fiancé s car sat for over two months broken down. She was making payments on a car she couldn't drive. They also install a tracking device on all vehicles they sell. Also even if you've made every payment on time, They will only give you junkyard scale price on it if you want to trade it in. And to think, My fiancé paid over $[redacted]. For this piece of junk. If your looking for a good reliable used car, Then stay away from cars 4 you in Springfield Missouri.

Cars 4 U went out of their way to get me into a car. My credit was less than perfect but they treated me with respect and worked hard to get me the right monthly payment. All the cars on the lot were late model and all in nice condition. I can not thank them enough for their help and effort. My credit was not always like this and have bought many new cars. This had to be the best experience I have had. Thank you cars 4 u

Review: I purchased a vehicle from these guys. Was not able to pick vehicle up until a week after the date of all paperwork due to it being in their shop because they found issues with it. They said they had fixed all problems. Had gotten the mandatory inspection and it had failed. Brought vehicle to them so they could fix the vehicle. Brought back to do another inspection. It failed for the second time for the same issues. Truck has been in shop for total of 9days. I contacted the deAlership to inform him of the stuff they failed to fix, which resulted in rejection on inspection, he told me that he was going to refuse to fix the broken light that was required to be fixed. One of his employees had informed me of the light before purchasing and had told me his boss has broken it, but assured me that it was going to be fixed. The dealership gave me a hard time, and was saying he was not going to fix.Desired Settlement: I would like for the dealership to fix all major defects with the vehicle, like they were supposed to and like they said they did. I would my vehicle to be able to pass my states inspection without question.

Car did fail inspection for both side ball joint and upper control arm. Parts the failed were suppose to pass inspection the way they were. Customer Brought me the inspection report from her mechanic, we schedule appointment to fix her car and fixed all the parts the supposedly failed the inspection. Two days later customer came back saying one of the ball joints was defected and now that was a broken (which she bought the car like that and she knew it (this marker should not fail inspection, because it is not a requirement to pass the inspection since not every car has this marker and it is not mandatory by state laws. We asked customer for repair shop’s phone number because that we're nothing wrong with bearing. Customer never provided me with number. Than we did agreed to fix all the repair. We were going to use her warranty to fix the car, but as she agreed. She has to pay a $100 deductible to use warranty. Customer refused to pay it

This guy is never around during his posted business hours. Went to business three times and he was never around to speak with.

Review: On May 14, 2014 I signed a contract and the information that the dealer was telling me while he had the papers weren't accurate now that I received it. It took [redacted] months to send me my private information regarding the vehicle and contract. Reviewing the papers, nothing is accurate, not even the trade in that I did. When I test drove the vehicle it made a grinding, raddling noise with a vibration. He replaced some pieces such as timing belt, sparkplugs and some other pieces but I was only given the receipt for the timing belt. the problem is occurring again and he refuses to fix an existing issue. Besides being denied my contract information, refusing to fix my vehicle for an existing problem and false information on the papers; the deal between me and [redacted] was anything but transparent, it took him weeks to fix the car and finding the information that he provided to me was all false and now thinking about why I had to give him $400 (200 in cash and 200 in a check) none of that was added to the contract as well as my 2000 [redacted]. As a first time car buyer, I feel so hurt, violated in every way and misdirected when all I wanted was to have a reliable vehicle for my kids and to work. At this point I am terrified of driving my car and not knowing where or when it will leave me and my kids stranded.Desired Settlement: I want the issue to be fixed or a reliable vehicle for my kids.

WE DID EXPLAINED TO HER THE WHOLE PROCEDURE AND SHE READ ALL THE DOCMENTS.

THERE ARE ON EVERY SINGLE DOCMENT “NOTICES TO THE BUYER”, THAT STATES:

1 :DO NOT SIGN THIS CONTRACT IF ANY OF THE SPACES INTENDED FOR AGREED TERMS TO THE EXTENT OF THEN AVAILABLE INFORMATION ARE LEFT BLANK.

2 :YOU ARE ENTITLED TO AN EXACT COPY OF THE CONTRACT YOU SIGND.

3 :BY SIGNING BELOW, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS CONTRACT. YOU RECEIVED A COPY OF THIS CONTRACT AND HAD A CHANCE AND REVIEW IT BEFORE YOU SIGNED IT.

THERE BEING SAID SHE IS LYING. SHE UNDERSTOOD ALL THE DOCMENTS AND WE ALSO EXPLAIND TO CUSTOMER ALL HER RIGHTS , THOSE THAT WERE ON THE FORMS THAT SHE READED.

CUSTOMER RECEIVED ALL COPY OF DOCMENTS AND ALL DOWN PAYMENTS. RECEIPT.THIS $400 DOLLARS THAT SHE STATES IN THE LETTER WAS PART OF THE DOWN PAYMENT THAT I NEVER RECEIVED, SHE STATES THAT SHE GAVE TO MY EMPLOYEE A CHECK. MY EMPLOYEE TOLD ME SHE NEVER GAVE HIM ANYTHING.WHE I CALLED HER TO ASK , WHERE WAS THIS $400 DOLLARS SHE OWED ME, SHE TOLD ME AGAIN SHE GAVE A CHECK TO MY EMPLOYEE. I LOOKED THE RECORING FROM MY CAMERAS NO MONEY OR CHECK WAS GIVEN TO HIM AT THE DEALERSHIP. THAN I ASKED HER TO GIVE ME A PROVE THAT SHE PAID HIM, SUCH AS A CANCELLED CHECK. I TEXT CUSTOMER DAYS LATER ASKING HER TO COME WITH ME TO THE POLICE THAN. NEVER HEARD FROM HER AGAIN ABOUT THIS MATTER.

DOWN PAYMENT WAS MADE IN CASH. WE BOUGHT HER CAR IN CASH DAYS BEFORE CUSTOMER EVEN BOUGHT MY CAR.

*CAR REPAIR WHEN CAR WAS PURCHASED

AT THE TIME OF THE SALE, MAY 5TH 2014 , WE TOLD THE CUSTOMER THAT THE CAR JUST CAME IN AND WE NEEDED TO INSPECT THE CAR BEFORE SHE COULD DRIVE OFF THE LOT.

WE AGREED THAT I WAS GOING TO RELEASE THE CAR ON SATURDAY, MAY 10TH 2014, AFTER ALL THE REPAIRS WERE DONE .

TWO DAYS LATER, MAY 7TH 2014, CUSTOMER CALL ME AND ASKED ME IF I COULD RELEASE THE CAR, BECAUSE SHE NEEDED A CAR TO MOVE AROUND AND SHE WOULD CALL ME AND SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT TO REPAIR THE CAR LATER . AT THE TIME WE HAD REPAIR ALMOST ALL OF THE REPAIRS THAT THE CAR NEEDED.(all 4 roTters and brake pads, serpentine belts,spark plug,air filter,oil filter and oil change).

A week later we schEdule a appointment to fix the two shock THAT WERE LEFT TO BE FIXED.

TWO WEEKS AFTER WE FIX ALL THE REPAIRS NEEDED, CUSTOMER CALLED US STATING THAT SHE WAS HEARING A RATTLING NOISE WHEN SHE STARTED THE CAR IN THE MORNING.

WE SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMEINT FOR THE SATURDAY OF SAME WEEK.

WE PICKED UP HER CAR AND LOANED A CAR TO HER, DURING THE TIME WE HAD HER CAR.

NOISE WAS FIXED, NO COMPLAINS FROM CUSTOMER.

OCTOBER 3RD .

ABOUT OCTOBER 3RD CUSTOMER CALL ME COMPLAINING ABOUT A PROBLEM WITH THE TRANSMISSION. WE TOLD HER THAT AT THE TIME OF THE PURCHASE OF THE CAR SHE HAD BOUGHT A EXTANDED WARRANTY AND SHE WOULD BE COVERED FOR THAT REPAIR, IF IT WAS NEEDED . SHE COULD BRING HER CAR TO ANY MECHANIC SHE LIKED OR SHE COULD BRING IT TO ME.

SHE CALLED ME AGAING ON OCTOBER 15TH 2014 AND TOLD ME SHE WAS GOING TO BRING THE CAR HERE TO BE FIXED HERE, BUT NOW SHE STATES THAT THE PROBLEM IS THE NOISE WE FIXED 6 MONTHS AGO .

I THINK IT IS FUNNY, BECAUSE ONE PROBLEM IS TOTALY DIFFERENT FROM ANOTHER AND THEY ARE NOT RELATED.

SHE NEVER CAME HERE, I DON`T KNOW EVEN IF SHE HAS A PROBLEM WITH TRASMITTION OR WITH THE NOISE WHEN THE CAR CRANCKS ON .

NOW THE QUESTION IS? IS SHE SAYING THE TRUTH. IF SHE IS, WHY SHE NEVER BROUGHT THE CAR HERE, SINCE THE CAR IS NOT SAFE TO DRIVE?

IT HAS BEEN A MONTH NOW SINCE SHE CALLED ME FOR THE FIRST TIME AND SHE HAS NOT COME YET.

IF SHE NEED THE CAR TO BE FIXED, I M MORE THAN HAPPY TO FIX IT AND LEND A CAR TO HER UNTIL WE FIX IT.

Here is the check I paid to cars 4 U of $200. I swear under oath that all my statements are true and never have [redacted] asked me to go to the police. I gave his employee $200 in cash and $200 in a check. My vehicle still has the grinding noise and I will bring my vehicle to get checked by a mechanic to do a whole inspection/diagnose and check those items as mentioned that supposedly [redacted] had fixed. I will not continue with this nonsense. Three of my children's life is riding in that vehicle. I will prove my innocence with the claims that [redacted] is stating.
