No my issue has not been resolved but thank you for your effort I think I knew that Cars for best would not to fix the problem since they're a bunch of crooks anyway

Dear Revdex.com, The customer was originally delivered the desired vehicle of purchasePaper work was done with all legal documentsThere was no fraudulent activity done at allCars Best even paid for the customer's insurance down payment and past due balance fees, to help the customer, which was documentedThe customer decided they wanted to change the vehicle to a [redacted] The [redacted] that was on my lot had a couple minor cosmetic issues and the customer was not happy with so we offered her a loaner vehicle to drive in out of good faith until we found her another oneEventually she decided to purchase the [redacted] on my lot and she did all the paperwork, the deal was in funding and they when they were verifying her insurance, the insurance policy was canceledWe can return the customers down paymentWe must take out the dealer Processing fee, and also all of the insurance fees we paid for the customer.Best Regards,Tony, General ManagerCars Best

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The car when purchased from the auto auction was already in need of transmission work He misrepresented the condition of the car This most certainly does NOT resolve this complaint and your reputation is being damaged by your continued high rating I continue to stress that business practices are NOT ethical Regards, [redacted]

To Olivia Smith Hello, [redacted] came to look at the vehicle on 4/20/He came in and test drove the vehicle, and liked the way the car was drivingHe was happy with the car and we got him approved through financing and he put $down payment on the vehicleThe vehicle was sold from my company and there was no EXT, warranty available for this vehicle with its mileage and yearAfter explaining to the customer why the vehicle is not eligible for an extended warranty the customer said he was still happy with the car and decided to purchase the car anyway with no warranty and I have his signature on my formThe finance company requires to have an interview with every finance deal customerCustomer mentioned to the finance company on 4/30/that he was satisfied with the vehicleAlso I do want to mention my company also took this vehicle to get Emission and inspectionMeaning the vehicle had nothing wrong with the carMy dealership is not responsible for any sort of issues with the vehicleWhen it was on my lot it was running smooth, why else would a customer purchase it with out a warrantyHowever if the vehicle does run into issues the customer which was driving the vehicle can manage to blow out a transmission by improperly driving the vehicleIf a customer drives rough and high revs the vehicle and does not check if there is even oil in the car on a timely matterHow can I be responsibleThe vehicle was purchased for the buyers son, who is a year old young manThat's why I do not doubt that the vehicle was most certainly driven roughlyI can provide all the documents you needI make sure to get all the paperwork I need before selling a carPlease dismiss this case as soon as you can because my company cannot be responsible for improper driving and lack of attention and maintenance on a vehicleAlso I want to mention the amount of Profit my company makes should not be of any interest or business to a customerBest Regards, [redacted] (Cars4Best CEO)

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I have attached a copy of a letter from the bank dated 01-31- They stated that they had been trying to reach me for over a month Obviously the statement the dealership made about the bank contacting me iso false They also did NOTHING offer an extended warranty and the third document they supplied is fake I have never seen that document before While an sensor and brakes are minor maintenance issues are minor issues, they are issues that should have been known about and should have been repaired before sale The timing chain is a major expense and again it should have been known about I still expect the dealership to pay for this repair, plus the rental car and tow [redacted] *** [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Regards, [redacted] ***

[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's offer If you wish, you may update it before sending it.] Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to meI will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolvedIf the company does not perform as promised I can get back to you at: [redacted] Regards, [redacted] Good morning,I apologize for the late responseI was satisfied with the response of the Business with whom I had the complaint, however, I wanted to ensure that they were going to follow through with their solution before labeling my account as "Satisfied With the Outcome/Solution" until the company sent the check to my residence.Having said that, I received the check last week while I was out of the country, in Haiti, and was unable to access my email.Thank you for your assistance, I greatly appreciate the assistance and quick response of the Revdex.com[redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Yes, we test drove the vehicle for approximately 5-10minutes (should've driven it longer)It drove well as there was no rattling, or shaking during that limited driveIt had a slight forward jolting motion on acceleration, which the dealer said could be fixed with a $device that he showed us on GoogleThis would have been the PERFECT time to mention..."oh, and by the way, the transmission is shot"But there was NEVER any mention of a transmission problem!!! By morning, less than 8hrs after purchase, [redacted] found that the transmission needed repaired, or replaced! This DID NOT HAPPEN ON THE HR DRIVE HOME THE NIGHT BEFOREThis dealer is trying to hide behind an "as-is" clauseHe had driven that car and recently had it inspected, so there is no way he was unaware of it's conditionIt gets better...as for the warranty...we received a denial letter two days after purchase that they will not cover this vehicle because of significant PRE-EXISTING repair issues (see attachment) "As-is" can only be fair to the consumer if the dealer discloses ALL mechanical, structural, and operational issues UP FRONT!!! "As-is" is NOT a loop hole to allow dealers to sell cars in need of major repairs, at the expense of the unsuspecting buyer Regards, [redacted]
